If for any reason you no longer want your chosen product and would like to return your product after delivery, we offer a refund along as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available 7 calendar days after delivery.
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations we will accept products back despite being opened. As long as the goods are returned within 7 working days commencing from the day after delivery, you are entitled to a refund. The products must be in “as new” condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, including any accessories/tools received with it.
Products should be inspected on delivery, any damage that may have occured to the product whilst in transit should reported to us within 3 working days. Dispite being opened as long as the products are in "as new" condition and returned in original, undamaged packaging including any accessories or tools received with the goods, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent out and for the damaged product to be collected.
Returning your purchase
Please retain your customer order reference as well as delivery details in order to arrange collection of the product you wish to return contact us at email@example.com to inform us of the intended return and arrange collection.
A full refund will be provided for the cost of the product as well as the delivery charge paid. However in terms of any services which have already commenced or have been completed, we do have the right to retain any charges paid. Refunds will take over 3-5 working days and will be credited to your payment account.
If on inspection of the product on return to ourselves, the product is seen to be damaged or faulty we cannot refund or cancel your purchase.
